Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Knowledge of food/processing documentation preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, troubleshoot equipment, and operate equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the quality and safety system.
• Manufacture liquid nutrition products for adults and children.
• Lift and handle raw ingredients during weighing, staging and manufacturing.
• Operate scales, pumps, rinsers and homogenizers.
• Perform cleaning and CIP/COP procedures and housekeeping.
• Document steps per work orders and procedures.
• Prepare and monitor bulk slurries and weight systems.
• Operate CIP systems for manufacturing equipment.
