Zing Recruiting in partnership with a prominent client in the Springfield, Missouri area is seeking an experienced Process Technician to join their team. This direct-hire role offers $29.00 per hour, night shift 8pm–8:15am (2/2/3 schedule), full benefits, vacation and holiday pay, 401K match, relocation assistance, and mold set-ups to optimize tooling and processes while supporting QMS requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years' injection molding

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of injection molding troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with mold design and hot runner systems.
• Computer skills to effectively utilize CIM.

Responsabilités

• Mold set-ups and changes.
• Examine tools, machines, and processes to maximize utilization and ensure operations run accurately.
• Collaborate with Quality, Processing, Automation and Tooling to fix higher-level problems.
• Support the QMS by adhering to system requirements.
