Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to clean sidewalks and front parking areas at two RaceTrac locations each night, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires operating a hot water pressure washer, using degreasers as needed, and coordinating with the RSM to address exterior maintenance tasks and fuel canopy washing, while ensuring protective measures for vehicles and customers.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of work experience preferred.
• Good driving record.
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing.
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
