Responsibilities

• Prepare the press for order set up by the operator and convert plain material into printed material.
• Pre-stage all inks, materials at the press prior to the changeover.
• Change inks per production order.
• Change blades and seals; correct build-up and break down of doctor blade chambers.
• Load and un-load material on and off the press using material handling devices.
• Band all out-going materials and transport to the warehouse using material moving vehicle (prime mover or pallet jack).
• Monitor print quality and additional attributes in conjunction with the Operator or during Operator breaks.
