Job summary

American Plastics, LLC in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Production Operator to join a growing manufacturing team producing retail storage and janitorial products. The role involves production, inspection and packing with a night shift from 7pm to 7am.

The schedule is fixed as 2/2/3, offering a 3-day weekend every other week, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401K with match, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN & AUTHORIZE BACKGROUND CHECK

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
