Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC in Sidney, OH is seeking entry-level Press Operators for night shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM–4:30 AM) with Friday overtime available. You will operate stamping, forming, and tube bending equipment and support tooling changes in a climate-controlled aerospace manufacturing environment.

No aerospace experience? We provide hands-on training and you’ll join a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement as you grow into more advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation or general labor.
• Basic math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime when needed.
• Preferred: press operation, stamping, tube bending or metal forming experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping, forming, tube bending, and press equipment ranging from 5-ton to 150-ton presses.
• Load materials and remove finished parts from machines.
• Monitor machine cycles to ensure quality and production efficiency.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and support tooling changeovers.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Follow production schedules and quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and quality records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements.
