Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services seeks a dependable Press & Automation Operator for a 3rd shift position in Fort Wayne, IN. You will safely set up presses and automation equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production standards are met. Training on 1st shift for 2–3 weeks is provided.

Overtime is mandatory as needed. Requirements include 1 year of factory experience, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, basic math, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• 1 year of factory/manufacturing experience is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and follow written instructions.
• Must be dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions and LOTO procedures.
• Set up presses and automation tooling per specifications.
• Troubleshoot press automation issues and adjust parameters.
• Monitor production quality and maintain records.
• Operate a forklift to move loads over 10,000 lbs.
• Load, set, and connect dies safely with forklift.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow 5S policies.
