Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–12 months of related manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills to read production specs.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Press Operator with setup, operation, and troubleshooting during press runs.
• Prepare inks, solvents, film, and other production materials.
• Monitor running film for flaws, splices, or defects and report issues.
• Remove completed product from the press and stage for next steps.
• Clean presses, pumps, and surrounding work areas for hygiene and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per housekeeping standards.
• Follow GMP and safety procedures; operate in a loud production environment.
