Job summary

Ashley Furniture is hiring for a Distribution Center Prep & Assembly position in Brandon, FL. You will assemble parts into finished units, prepare them for transport, and work with a team to meet quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday evening shift.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, recording production data, using hand tools per SOP, and maintaining a clean workstation while following safety rules. Benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of production assembly or touch up repair.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Examine parts for defects and notify repairs, documenting with photos.
• Record production information, potentially using a scanner or tablet.
• Transport items to locations for delivery prep.
