Job summary

Ashley Furniture is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its Distribution & Fulfillment Center in Brandon, FL. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

You will load/unload products, operate forklifts, and handle shipping/receiving in a fast-paced setting. You’ll work independently within a large, driven team with a strong safety focus. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift heavy loads, and capable of handling warehouse scanning systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate forklifts or similar powered vehicles.
• Basic math and measurement skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic communications.
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning systems is preferred.
• Must be able to reliably work a defined full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Transfer materials within the Warehouse facility as needed.
• Transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds.
• Operate forklifts or powered vehicles safely and appropriately.
• Keep safety as a top priority at all times.
