Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Riverbank, CA is hiring a 3rd Shift PreRoll Production technician responsible for preparing bulk cannabis for pre-rolls, tracking material weights, keeping the machine running, and performing quality control in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires 21+ years old, ability to produce and pack up to 7,500 half-gram pre-rolls per 8-hour shift, and willingness to night/weekend work. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Pass a Background Check.
• Ability to produce and pack 7500 ½ gram pre-rolls per 8hr shift.
• Ability to work full 8hrs+ shifts.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Maintain paper records of weighed product, boxed items, equipment maintenance, QC, and task duration.
• Record keeping of all details pertinent to production weights, time to complete each project, units produced, machine efficiency, and QC.
• Follow all standard operating procedures set forth by management.
• Count, grind, operate, assess product, and package/jar.
• Fill multi packs into jars and fill single 1-gram pre rolls into individual tubes.
• Package and check products with accuracy.
• Clean production equipment and facility.
• Maintain strict inventory records of product, materials, and equipment.
• Store supplies and equipment, dispose of waste, and keep work area pristine.
• Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
• Culture of safety and attention to detail.
• Quality assurance to be as accurate as possible.
• Production of other Aeriz products.
