Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in QA grading.
• QA Grader training to be completed on hire and refreshed annually.
• Ability to read procedures, QA manuals, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and quality evaluations of poultry products to verify USDA grading and spec conformance.
• Evaluate products at grading stations for defects and readiness-to-cook requirements.
• Record sample results, timestamps, downtime, and retained product data accurately.
• Communicate unacceptable results and needed adjustments to QA leadership.
• Support product holds, disposition, and reinspection activities as needed.
