Job summary

Lovelace Health System is seeking a night shift, full-time Post-Surgical Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide direct patient care in a post-surgical setting, with opportunities to serve as Charge Nurse and lead staff, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing required.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and staff management for the RN in charge.
• May serve as Charge Nurse and be accountable for professional practice.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
