Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System is seeking a Night shift, full-time Post-Op Orthopedics Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. This role requires an ADN and a current Oklahoma RN license to provide high-quality patient care on the post-operative unit.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and documentation of care, with adherence to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and pediatric to adult care across life span. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Current Oklahoma RN license is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities per standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to the patient age group.
• Assess data reflecting patient status and determine age-specific requirements.
• Plan care including development and modification of the plan of care per policies.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
