Job summary

PACS Group's City View Post-Acute is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in City View. This position supports residents with assessment, medication administration, and individualized care plans during the day shift.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $49-$51, flexible scheduling including a noc shift, and a supportive work environment with emphasis on quality patient care. A current SC RN license is required to join our mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state (SC).
• Experience in post-acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and monitor their overall health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
• Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist with emergency situations as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
