Job summary

GEON Performance Solutions has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operator at the Croydon, PA facility. The role covers setup and operation of equipment that blends, mixes, extrudes, packages and transports chemicals to meet customer specs and delivery requirements.

This position is on the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with a base pay range of $21.55 to $27.50 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on and referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package starting from day one.

Qualifications

• US High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Six to ten years of manufacturing machine operation experience.
• Experience with polymer process extrusion/injection molding/milling or lead operator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start all machines and check controls per procedures.
• Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specs and input into machinery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Operate machinery to mix, discharge or handle materials per procedures.
• Document logs, data reports and procedures; ensure data integrity.
• Follow HS&E, ISO and other regulatory rules; participate in training.
