Job summary

Kellanova's Wyoming Bakery is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support our night shift on-site. The role operates on a two-week rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM, with training beginning on the first shift for the initial 60–90 days.

Starting pay is $42.53 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will work with Operations, Food Safety, and EHS teams to keep production machinery running smoothly and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge equipment in

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• State/Local Electrical License OR Journey Card (or will have either at time of hire).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems.
• Sitting, standing, walking, lifting and / or repetitive tasks throughout the day. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• PLC experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Equipment & Amplify PLC knowledge through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair with focus on PLCs.
• Analyze conditions and provide solutions; identify root cause, repair electrical and mechanical systems using PLC programming.
• Prioritize innovation and communication; seek ways to improve plant efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanics.
