Job summary

Job Store Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Plating Technician to support our clients on the 12-Hour Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in North Colorado Springs. An initial 3–6 months of training on the Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) is required to ensure a smooth transition.

The role involves monitoring plating bath chemistry, setting up plating lines, inspecting tanks and sensors, and maintaining logs while adhering to cleanroom protocols and safety practices in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry or related field with 1–2 years in chemical or semiconductor industry.
• High School Diploma/GED with 3–4 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, adjust, and titrate plating bath chemistry (pH, temperature).
• Set up plating lines and process wafers manually through baths.
• Inspect tank sensors, pumps, and piping for leaks and perform bath prep.
• Visually inspect wafers and perform post-plate measurements.
• Maintain accurate chemical logs and follow cleanroom protocols.
• Assist with plating experiments and process development.
