Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Lexington, KY is hiring an Operator I for the NIGHT SHIFT on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (6:48 PM–7:00 AM). You will operate a set of plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment, adjust settings, and perform basic repairs to ensure safe, efficient production of high‑quality containers.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable, punctual attendance is required.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies; enforce practices.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and line changes as needed.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes; adjust processing to reduce scrap.
• Assist with basic maintenance and preventative tasks; train new operators.
