Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Plastics Molding Process Technician for full-time night shifts. The role operates blow mold and injection equipment, supplying PET lines with bottles, preforms, and caps at minimal cost.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years work-related experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Forklift experience (certification within 90 days).
• Safety - teamwork and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow mold and injection equipment safely.
• Supply blown bottles to PET B line, plus bottle preforms and caps.
• Set up and operate blow mold machinery with routine inspections.
• Perform mold changes as scheduled.
• Set up and operate PET preform injection machinery with quality checks.
• Set up and operate HDPE cap injection machinery with quality checks.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Measure and visually inspect products for defects using precision instruments.
• Use a forklift to store/retrieve totes and load/unload trailers.
• Monitor machines and adjust to reduce vibrations or issues.
• Keep machines and areas safe and tidy; prepare materials for shifts.
