Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Plant Operator in Texas to operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and safety compliance. You will perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain production records, and collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement and operational goals. Starting pay is $23.82 per hour DOE, with a 401(k) retirement plan and highly competitive benefits.
