Job summary

Pattison Company LLC is hiring a Plant Lab Technician for the night shift at our Clayton, Iowa facility. You will monitor production samples, perform lab tests on plant feed, waste material, and finished products, and maintain electronic records to ensure product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze hourly production samples to ensure quality.
• Perform lab testing on plant feed, waste material, and finished products.
• Collect, analyze, and document samples from trucks, railcars, or barges before shipment.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Maintain a database for tracking sample data and results.
• Train and assist others in QC procedures per established methods.
• Follow MSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Provide support to Plant and Loadout Operations as needed.
