Job summary

Domino's in Ohio is seeking a part-time Store Customer Service Representative to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience for every customer. You’ll handle phone orders, assist with in-store pickups, and help guests choose great menu options.

This role is nights, starting around 4pm–6pm and finishing 8pm–10pm, 3–4 nights per week. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow within our locally owned Domino's shops in the Cleveland/Akron area.

Qualifications

• High energy with the ability to engage customers.
• 16+ years of age
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently resides near store location

Responsibilities

• Take phone orders and assist customers in-store.
• Prepare and serve pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and more.
• Deliver great customer experiences and fast service.
• Work nights: 4pm–6pm start, 8pm–10pm finish, 3–4 nights weekly.
