Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support sterile liquids and solid dosage manufacturing for commercial and clinical products. Operate processing equipment following SOPs and cGMPs, document in real time, and assist with in-process testing and routine cleaning.

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with strict quality controls. The position is 100% on-site with a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am) and domestic travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required;Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of GMP/pharmaceutical work experience required.
• Ability to read/understand detailed written instructions.
• Proficiency with basic math and data entry.
• Familiarity with cGMP practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and cGMPs to perform assigned duties.
• Ensure timely completion and compliance with training requirements.
• Assist with manufacturing techniques and operation of equipment.
• Document activities in real time per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Perform in-process testing, weight checks, and basic calculations.
• Clean rooms, tools, and equipment as required.
• Work additional hours including potential weekend shifts as needed.
