Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in Charleston, SC, for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role covers HVAC, electrical and mechanical maintenance in an FDA-registered environment.

Shift Sunday-Thursday 11pm–7:30am; relocation assistance available; pay $35-40/hr plus shift premium. You will perform PMs, equipment repairs, and support facility operations with strict adherence to cGMP and SOPs.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a regulated pharma environment (FDA/cGMP).
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred.
Prior pharma/cGMP experience is required.

Responsibilities

Performs scheduled P.M.s on equipment and records data per SOP and cGMP.
Assists in installation and retrofit of facilities equipment per SOP and cGMP.
Ensures Maintenance Management is informed of developments on a routine basis.
Performs repairs to equipment and plant safely and efficiently to respond to work requests.
Troubleshoots equipment with owners, engineers, and vendors.
Completes required paperwork and GMP documents accurately and timely.
Maintains organized, clean workspace and adheres to training requirements.
Is on call periodically to monitor and respond to repairs and issues.
