Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Technician to perform pest management services for commercial properties. You will inspect, identify pests, apply treatments, and advise on prevention while adhering to safety standards.

Role involves night shifts 9pm–4am as needed, driving a company vehicle, and providing excellent customer service. Full-time benefits start Day 1 and opportunities for growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Clean shaven face for safety and PPE compatibility.
• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Availability Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn pest control across areas.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills to follow product labels.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and risk reduction.
• Build relationships, schedule appointments, and upsell products.
• Maintain equipment and comply with safety standards.
• Operate company vehicle as required.
