Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Driver to transfer products between Green Bay and Windsor facilities. The role emphasizes safe truck operation, on-time deliveries, and high-quality customer service.

You will drive routes, load and unload, document deliveries, and adhere to DOT and HACCP standards. The position requires a high school diploma, valid WI license, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Customer service demeanor and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and urgency in meeting deadlines.
• Licensing: valid standard Class D WI license or local state equivalent.
• Ability to work long shifts including Saturdays.
• Basic English speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip responsibilities and verify route numbers and accounts.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and ensure proper vehicle operation.
• Drive and deliver orders per predetermined route; secure vehicle during drops.
• Load and unload products using dolly or equipment; obtain customer signatures.
• Ensure proper documentation and payment handling; report issues to Supervisor.
• Adhere to DOT and HACCP regulations during operations and handling of products.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and goodwill; escalate complaints as needed.
• Support Fleet Manager with vehicle maintenance records and scheduling.
