Protos Security, Llc is seeking a Performance Monitoring Coordinator for an overnight shift in Roanoke, VA. The role supports field operations by monitoring guard activity, responding to inquiries, and ensuring service continuity for clients.

The position requires clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service. It is a full-time overnight role with a focus on scheduling, attendance, and real-time operational support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in dispatch, security ops, customer service or fast-paced client-facing environment.
• Experience monitoring field operations or coordinating schedules preferred.
• Experience handling high call volumes and time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for guards, officers, vendors, clients, and internal partners.
• Monitor schedules and on-site activity to ensure coverage and timely responses.
• Identify attendance issues and coordinate follow-up with teams.
• Provide real-time operational support and guidance on processes.
• Communicate status updates to clients and address service concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve staffing and operational issues.
• Collect and maintain records on incidents, attendance, and disruptions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in multiple systems.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced dispatch environment.
• Apply policies and escalate concerns when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
