Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct and indirect nursing care. You will perform the nursing process from assessment through planning, implementation and evaluation, ensuring safe, therapeutic care across the continuum and coordinating with the care team.

The requirements include California RN license, BLS, CPI Training, and 3 years of clinical experience. The shift is 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 3 Years Clinical experience.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training (Security) - Sharp -REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• To provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Independently performs the nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe, therapeutic care.
• Demonstrates competency in unit skills and some advanced skills; may teach some skills.
