• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience required (Charge Nurse, Educator or other leadership development preparation).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinical care and departmental performance and metrics.
• Supports quality initiatives in patient care delivery promoting safety and reducing bias.
• Develops and updates performance improvement tools, productivity reports, fiscal status and quality statistics.
• Resolves patient complaints in a timely manner in collaboration with support staff.
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
• Manages department budget and resources and understands financial processes.
• Leads and mentors staff and fosters an inclusive workforce.
