This role leads day-to-day operations, upholds nursing standards and ethical care while guiding a diverse nursing team during 4x10 night shifts with potential weekend coverage.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing, 3–5 years of leadership experience, and an active RN license in good standing with BLS certification; master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• RN license with state approval and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinical care and department metrics.
• Leads quality initiatives and safety culture.
• Develops performance improvement tools and reports.
• Resolves patient complaints in collaboration with staff.
• Establishes and enforces policies and procedures.
• Manages department budget and resources.
• Acts as a liaison with senior leadership and physicians.
