Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN to work with pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes in North Carolina. This role involves direct patient care, skilled nursing assessments, and collaboration with families to support healthy outcomes.

Responsibilities include providing care for patients with GTube and oxygen needs, documenting care plans, monitoring signs and symptoms, and adhering to prescribed orders.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification current.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
