El Paso Children’s Hospital is seeking an Entry Level Registered Nurse for the night shift in El Paso, TX. The RN will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include a 2-year degree (ADN) and Texas or compact RN licensure. Various certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, TNCC, ENPC) may be required within specified timeframes.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• State RN license in Texas or Compact Licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients according to clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
