Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing. You will deliver skilled nursing in the child’s home, enabling you to use clinical judgment with autonomy in a calm, controlled setting.

The role emphasizes continuity of care, strong family partnerships, and adherence to physician orders. A Florida RN license and BLS CPR are required, with training offered for high-acuity care and Alzheimer’s modules.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test (QF) required.
• Alzheimer's training – 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided if needed).
• Level of Alzheimer's training per DOEA requirements provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a home setting with autonomy and clinical judgment.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family while maintaining care plans.
• Follow physician orders and care plans to ensure high-acuity patient safety.
