Job summary

Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty pediatric in-home care in the Miami, FL 33130 area. Overnight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with night differential.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience, CPR/BLS certification, and comfort working independently in the home. G-tube and oxygen monitoring experience is preferred; AHCA Level 2 background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• AHCA Level 2 background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide pediatric nursing care per the plan of care.
• Assist with G‑tube care and oxygen monitoring, as applicable.
• Communicate professionally with family, clinical team, and office staff.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
