You will collaborate across disciplines to implement care plans, monitor patient status, and execute physician/nursing orders to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

You will coordinate discharge planning with the team, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to care protocols.

Qualificações

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors patient care plans and communicates patient condition.
• Serves as primary coordinator among disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Coordinates discharge planning with healthcare team.
