Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift in the Technology Dependent ICU. You will perform nursing processes, deliver patient-family centered care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

The role requires 12 months of RN experience (pediatrics preferred), a BSN, and BLS; PALS/PEARS are required within specified timelines. Georgia licensure or multi-state licensure under compact is accepted.

Qualifications

• RN license in GA or multi-state via eNLC/Compact.
• BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days of employment.
• PALS or PEARS certification within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process across the continuum to deliver age-appropriate patient-family-centered care.
• Integrates cultural preferences into healthcare delivery.
• Uses clinical decision support to recognize issues, prioritize care, and modify plans.
