Job summary

Skyline Medical Center seeks an experienced RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the night shift. This 13-week contract features 12-hour shifts, three days per week, onsite in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities include Med/Surg care, IV starts, wound care, drain management, and patient/family communication. Required: active RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH certification, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize care and multitask.
• Start IVs, basic wound care, drains management.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, compassionate care in PCU.
• Perform bedside IV starts and wound care.
• Manage lines, drains, NG tube, and chest tubes as needed.
• Collaborate with the team and document in Meditech.
