Job summary

City of Hope invites applications for a Patient Care Technician, Nights. This role supports nursing staff from 7:00pm to 7:00am, three days per week, with every third weekend and rotating holidays.

The PCT provides age-appropriate care under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with daily living activities and basic tests as assigned. We seek candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent, eligibility on the Illinois Healthcare Worker Registry or EMT, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Listed in good standing on Illinois Healthcare Worker Registry or EMT.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine tests/procedures.
• Perform environmental duties and age-appropriate care as defined.
