Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and other ADLs.
• Observe patients’ progress and relay reports to the Registered Nurse or medical staff.
• Obtain and record vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Measure and record intake/output and assist with range of motion; draw blood.
