Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift in PCB production. You will lead large teams of technicians and assemblers, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing to move from prototyping to full-scale production.

The role requires a BS or 5+ years in manufacturing, 1+ year leadership, and experience with lean methods. Expect shift work from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Sundays through Wednesdays or Wednesdays through Saturdays.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in manufacturing, production, or logistics in lieu of degree.
1+ years of experience directly leading a team or project.
Lean manufacturing training and experience.
Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and steer the collective efforts of electronics production associates.
Enforce area standards and run rules, including bi-annual reviews and disciplinary action.
Interface with area leadership and prioritize work based on production schedule.
Schedule risk identification and mitigation.
Coordinate support organization efforts to minimize interruptions.
Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
Improve area safety and efficiency through regular auditing.
Review drawings and technical data for manufacturability and provide feedback.
