Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Patient Transportation Tech to move patients and supplies within Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist patients and staff, manage transport tasks with care, and uphold safety and infection control standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, BLS, CPR readiness, strong communication, and ability to operate a two-way radio and hospital systems. Evening/nights, weekends, and holidays rotations apply with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• BLS certification required.
• CPR certification or ability to pass CPR course.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computers and phones.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from hospital areas following department policies.
• Assist patients arriving and departing from the hospital, and handle specimens, supplies, medications as needed.
• Move patients and equipment safely, under supervision, with attention to comfort and safety.
• Maintain and clean equipment, follow infection control guidelines and report any issues.
• Demonstrate service excellence and uphold TriHealth service standards.
• Be a steward of resources and operate within time standards set by the department.
