Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with transporting patients and delivering equipment.
• Transport specimens and patient trays; answer phones and assist visitors.
• Intervene to prevent patient self-harm and escalate incidents.
• Document patient status and activities clearly and accurately.
• Promote patient interactions and family-centered care in all decisions and actions.
