Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.
• CNA certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record vital signs, intake/outtake, and report findings to the RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Assist with urine/stool samples and finger-stick glucose monitoring.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and adhere to infection control practices.
