Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with co-workers, visitors and staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Recognize patients and their designated care partners and provide respectful, safe care.
• Communicate with and support the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners.
• Perform designated direct and indirect patient care under licensed clinicians.
• Promote and maintain a safe patient care environment.
• May be assigned the role of a virtual safety associate as needed by campus requirements.
• Provide assistance maintaining supplies and equipment for efficient unit operations.
