AdventHealth Winter Garden is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support nursing staff by delivering patient care under supervision and documenting in the EMR. You will assist with vital signs, patient observations, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policy, and ongoing skill development. Requirements include a High School Diploma, 1+ PCT experience, and CPR/BLS as preferred credentials. Night shifts in Florida are available.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• 1+ PCT experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse
• Accurately perform vital signs and document in EMR
• Document and report procedures per policy
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and respond to clinical emergencies
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
• Support practice improvements and quality standards
