Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in an acute care setting preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a nursing program.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records patient data including vitals, glucose, and intake/output.
• Assists patients with meals, hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
• Supports patient positioning, repositioning, and safe transfer with mobility aids.
• Communicates patient information clearly to the care team and reports findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Maintains regular attendance and follows policies.
