Qualifications

• BLS Certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent; or 1 year of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Aids with movement and placement of patients.
• Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reports changes in patients1 condition to nursing staff and documents records.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and equipment maintained.
