Job summary

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels is a 94-bed full-service facility located in downtown New Braunfels. It provides 24/7 neonatal coverage, emergency care, wound care, and comprehensive heart care, with many advanced diagnostic services including 3D mammography and an outpatient imaging center.

We are seeking staff to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision, ensure safety, and support patients through meals, hygiene, and mobility.

Qualifications

• Basic patient care under nursing staff.
• Attention to patient safety and well-being.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient calls and helping patients with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Feeding patients, measuring and recording their food and liquid intake.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs and reporting changes to nurses or doctors.
• Assisting nurses or doctors with medical procedures and dressing wounds.
