Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support nursing staff and provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Candidates must graduate from a certified CNA or CMA program or have 1 year of nursing assistant experience, be current with American Heart Association BLS, and meet the listed education and experience requirements to join our multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a certified nursing assistant program or certified medical assistant program.
• Or 1 year experience as a nursing assistant in a comparable healthcare facility.
• Or nursing student who completes first semester of nursing program.
• Or military medic/corpsman experience.
• Or foreign nursing graduate not licensed in the U.S.
